The main house has 4 bedrooms with 2 shared bathrooms, a vast dining area, a library-cum-office, a sitting room and a reception hall. The veranda lies alongside the inner courtyard, and has a breakfast table with planter chairs. The interior decorating features traditional Sri Lankan solid wood furniture, and all the windows and glass panes are decorated with highly ornate wood carvings.

A separate bungalow stands in the garden grounds and has an office and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The garden path leads to steps rising to the pool area.
