Thirty-acre estate of which approximately 25 acres are under cultivation, mostly to tea.  There are also approximately 150 mahogany trees, 150 coconut palms, 52 jack wood and a variety of fruit including rambutan, durian and mangosteen.

The estate is located in Gilimale, roughly 13km to the north of Ratnapura Town.  Access is via a 12 foot access road, best traversed by a 4×4.
