Kalkudah Beach is a 15km stretch of pristine white sand on Sri Lanka’s Eastcoast between Batticaloa and Trincomalee which in recent years has gained a reputation as a high-end destination.

This two-acre plot is rectangular in shape and is lightly dotted with palms.  It is a near neighbour to the exclusive Karpaha Sands hotel and had direct frontage to the beach.
