Originally built in 2000 and subsequently extended, this lakeside hotel/resort has 15 a/c ensuite letting rooms. Situated in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Hikkaduwa it is highly popular with inbound tourists and has a number of established relationships with group operators, particularly in Denmark.

The property has a large swimming pool overlooking Hikkaduwa Lake. There are all the expected amenities including a two-floor restaurant and a fully licensed bar.

Set in large grounds the resort offers absolute serenity, space and beautiful views out over the water. There is plenty of room to extend if desired. It is BOI and SLTDA approved and has been well maintained over the years
