Built in 2016 this large villa is located in the popular coastal surf/beach resort of Hikkaduwa on the South/West coast.

There are six bedrooms in the main villa. Two on the ground floor along with a kitchen-diner and four on the first floor  where you will also find a huge sitting room. Additionally there is a self-contained three bedroom apartment on the ground floor with its own kitchen/diner and bathroom; if running the villa as business this would be ideal owners/manager accommodation. All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and a/c units.

The third floor boasts a huge yoga shala which could also be used as an entertainment space. There is an opportunity to create two further bedrooms on the third floor if desired.

Outside is a large 4.5 x 9.5 metre pool with deck and lawned area.
