Located in hill-country, approximately halfway between Kandy and Nuwara Eliya, the estate extends to 28 acres plus a further 12 acres of reservation.
The plantation is fully operational employing some 7 permanent staff supplemented by around 17 seasonal/casual workers. There are 18 acres of VP tea and a further 4 acres of pepper. The tea yield is approximately 7,000kg. The pepper is yielding around 7,500kg over 6 months. There are also some 400 Agar trees.
The estate has a two-bedroom managers bungalow and there is spring water and mains electricity on site. Access is via a made road although a 4×4 or vehicle with high ground clearance is recommended.
