These exclusive and private residential building plots are part of a 100 acre gated compound containing an international 5-star, low-density tented hotel (completed and operating) and a small number of building plots for luxury villas.  Each plot is very large – minimum 8 acres – giving total privacy and seclusion whilst benefitting from the security and convenience of being within a serviced, gated compound.

Each plot fronts on to a pristine white 15km sandy beach; considered to be one of the best in Sri Lanka. The hotel is in the centre of the compound and the owners/residents of each plot will be able to use the hotel facilities including restaurants and spa.  Landside of the plots is a private nature reserve with access limited to the owners of the beachfront properties.
