Large rubber, cocoa and coconut estate

This large working estate which extends to 207 acres is situated in Uva Province approximately 8 km from Badalkumbura.

Currently just over 60% of the land – 130 acres – is cultivated with rubber, cocoa and coconut. The remainder is used for the smoke houses, factory, offices, estate bungalows, residential blocks for the employees and large tracts of uncultivated land.
