The house has been renovated to a high standard twice in the last 30 years. In 1990, there was some remodelling work to open up spaces and create larger rooms.  In 2013 further remodelling was done including the pouring of first floor slabs to create what is now the master bedroom above the living room,  and the fourth bedroom above the kitchen.
